ENERGY ASSESSORS NORTH WEST was one of the first businesses to be established in order to produce Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s). We started operations in August 2007 and have gradually added to the services we offer.
These now include – Domestic EPC’s, Commercial EPC’s, Display Energy Certificates (DEC’s) , Air Conditioning Inspection Reports (AR’s) and Solar PV consultation and surveys.
David Bamfield-Dillon is the owner of the business and carries out most of the surveys and production of certificates personally, unlike a number of ”one stop shop” operations which rely heavily on sub-contractors with unknown experience and qualifications.
We are now qualified to offer the latest version of the Domestic EPC (post April2012)
which is an essential pre-requisit for Photo Voltaic Installations and will also be required before any Green Deal funding application can be made.
