The website was easy to use and provided good links to the service providers. I chose David Bamfield-Dillon of Energy Assessors North West to compile the Home Information Pack for my property. He made an early appointment, explained the HIP process thoroughly, carried out his inspection promptly and was pleasant and courteous throughout. Mr Bamfield-Dillon promised me a mini-HIP within three working days (so that my estate agents could legally market my property while the full HIP was being compiled) but in fact he concluded this element of the work within 48 hours, which was very quick indeed. I was very pleased with the standard of the work.
